Ben has over 15 years of experience leading private equity and venture capital investments in emerging markets. Ben was previously an Investment Officer with the Soros Economic Development Fund and has also worked as a management consultant on restructuring and strategic planning for banks and financial service companies.

Jim has over 35 years of hands-on leadership and technical expertise in networking equipment and Internet infrastructure. Jim also serves as the Managing Director of INI Holdings. Jim has spent over 20 years at Cisco Systems starting in 1988 as the very first software development manager.

Brian has over 25 years of experience in management, finance, and development. As a Senior Advisor to Connectivity Capital, he supports the firm’s capital raising and investment management activities. Prior to Connectivity Capital, Brian was a business executive at Equinix and an investment banker with Citi.

Anoop has over 7 years of experience in venture investing and management consulting. At Connectivity Capital, Anoop is the Investment lead responsible for pipeline development and due diligence for global opportunities with a focus on Asia. Anoop also helps support in portfolio management and daily operations of the fund.
